Richards.  These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use my website and services as offered by me.  This website offers visitors information about my yoga classes and micro studio as well as on-line classes and Yoga Alliance CEU classes.  By accessing and using this website of my services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to bound by these terms.

You can purchase a class through this website and make payments.  For and in person class payment may be made on this website or in person.

I may without prior notice, change the services, stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services.  I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reasons or for no reason. 

 

My yoga classes can by adapted to meet your needs but you are responsible for ensuring that you are physically able to participate.  You should check with your healthcare provider before taking a class.

This website and the classes are not medical advice and should not be viewed as such.   When you sign up for a class you are indicating that you are able to participate.
