I have a micro studio on my property in Arlington TX.  I teach private (1 person) and semi-private (2 people) classes .  Please contact me to schedule.

The styles of yoga I teach are:

Vinyasa- a flowing style of yoga, movement following breath, that can be gentle to vigorous depending on the needs of the practioner(s).

Yin- a slow yoga of holding poses for several minutes to target the connective tissues of the body, mostly our fascia.

Chair- this style of yoga is ideal for people with mobility issues from injury or age.  It can still be a challenging workout , using the support of a chair in sitting and standing.

Restorative- a deep practice of stillness and release using props to support the body.

I also provide CEU's for Yoga Alliance.
